Shipping Policy

All Zuna orders are shipped according to the delivery method selected by the customer, within 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Free shipping is available for orders over AUD $250, and these are sent via Australia Post Standard Shipping.

The delivery time may vary depending on the shipping method chosen and is not our responsibility once the parcel has been handed over to Australia Post.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to track your parcel either on our website or directly through the Australia Post tracking system.
